"My husband and I applied for a small personal loan tonight for some car repairs. About an hour later, we were on the phone with a very nice loan officer who approved us and said we just needed to go to the local branch to sign paperwork. We also have a higher balance on a credit card that we have been trying so hard to work on paying off, and due to an extremely high interest rate, we haven't seen much fruit to our labors. While on the phone with us, said she saw this card on our credit report, and she offered to approve us for a balance transfer to a visa with the credit union, and while still at a variable rate, it is 10% less than the interest rate we have been paying. We have been very impressed tonight, and we hold so much gratitute for the decrease in the interest rate (fabulous rate on the personal loan too!!)! I am actually excited to pay this bill just because I know that we are going to actually see progress. This was a wonderful, painless process, and we thank you!!"
