"I couldn't possibly do business with a Bank that didn't offer On-line access. This is also FREE for personal Checking account and you can see all the LOANS or mortgage in one page! Excellent stuff don;t you think? Way better than messing about with multiple websites."

"I have been with a bank for a couple yrs. but I have heard great things about America First. So I needed to start building my credit and I have applied to many places for credit cards and other stuff. I have always been denied. So when I tried America First I was skeptical of being approved cause of my history. But that very same day I got a call saying I was approved for a card and that gave me hope. I will need a car soon and I will definitely go to America First, first!!"

"I have been with other banks and financial institutions that plaster the web page with ads and promotions, as well as putting a lot of useless information in their content. I love the fact that AFCU keeps it simple and clean. I don't need my online banking access to sing to me, and I appreciate AFCU keeping it to the point."

"I have had accounts in financial institutions in 6 states and three different countries, and I have never found one with a better online interface than AFCU. I am able to see up to date transactions, transfer money,pay bills on my own schedule, apply for loans, etc. all with intuitive menus and excellent customer service. My only complaint (tongue-in-cheek) is that the credit union hasn't expanded into other states. :)"

"I've been a member since the earlier 90's, despite not living in the state of Utah for over 10 years. Online banking through Web Access gives me the tools and access to get all of my banking done remotely.
I've never found a local bank or credit union to offer as much as America First."

"We moved out of Utah to the midwest. We considered changing to a local bank or credit union. However, it was so easy to have our pay directly deposited into America First and then use online banking we decided to just stick with them. Plus after checking out the banks and credit unions here no one could compare to all the services you get with America First."

Transfers need comment feature Date: September 7, 2008
"We need a field to enter a comment pertaining to transfers from ANY account. My husband and I have 5 accounts between the two of us and it would be nice to see what the transfers (transactions) were for.

Too many times have gone by when we see we've transfered money to another account or to another family member or friend, wondering why we transfered that money in the first place.

Adding a comment field in the transfer page would help organize these transactions and avoid confusion from 'mystery' transfers. We'd be able to reference the comments for clarification for each transaction.

....kind of like the 'memo' line on your personal checks."

"Every time I get online to check my banking, it seems AFCU is having technical problems. It is getting a little ridiculous. Why would I tell people to join AFCU when I can't even check my OWN banking. Come on guys, get it right."

"In the past America First has always been on the fore front of web accessibility. In the past year or so they seem to be struggling with keeping up. Many banks have finally caught on to the web and are offering significantly better web-based offerings. America First has had problems with their new security layer not allowing me to log in and recently they have had several server crashes with their web banking down for most of the day. The only reason I would recommend America First to a friend is because of their other banking services. However, if they can't get their web act together I will have to reconsider."

"It is very inconvienient when I need to pay payments, i.e. mortgage, and your system does not work. I do most of my banking via internet and this is not acceptable. I have attempted to make this payment 5 times today since 8:00 this morning."

"I have been an AFCU member for over 15 years and there is a good reason for that. Service and reliability. I can do anything I want with my finances at home from my computer. Pay bills with a click, transfer money to my brother to help him out with bills ANYTHING!

"I love the ease of the online banking through AM 1st. Being away from UT I still have complete access to our account. Any question I could possibly have I am able to find online. I know what is happening any time night or day. It is very rare that Web Access has been down, I think in the 4 1/2 yrs away from UT I have encountered it being down a total of 3 times. The fact that it is down so little yet all info on the site is up to date at all times amazes me. I appreciate all that is done for the members!!"
