"I have been doing my banking online with America First for almost 10 years and I LOVE it! I think the website is fantastic and very convenient. This is the biggest reason why I have stayed with AF for so long and don't have any plans to ever change financial institutions."

"Every time I get online to check my banking, it seems AFCU is having technical problems. It is getting a little ridiculous. Why would I tell people to join AFCU when I can't even check my OWN banking. Come on guys, get it right."

America First Web Gone Down Hill

"In the past America First has always been on the fore front of web accessibility. In the past year or so they seem to be struggling with keeping up. Many banks have finally caught on to the web and are offering significantly better web-based offerings. America First has had problems with their new security layer not allowing me to log in and recently they have had several server crashes with their web banking down for most of the day. The only reason I would recommend America First to a friend is because of their other banking services. However, if they can't get their web act together I will have to reconsider."

"The webaccess is a wonderful service when they can keep it up. The application seems to crash / go down far too often, or else it tries to authenticate to a server that is not meant for webaccess."

"It is very inconvienient when I need to pay payments, i.e. mortgage, and your system does not work. I do most of my banking via internet and this is not acceptable. I have attempted to make this payment 5 times today since 8:00 this morning."

"I have been an AFCU member for over 15 years and there is a good reason for that. Service and reliability. I can do anything I want with my finances at home from my computer. Pay bills with a click, transfer money to my brother to help him out with bills ANYTHING!
I love the online services so much I brag about them to people."

Online Access the Best!

"I love the ease of the online banking through AM 1st. Being away from UT I still have complete access to our account. Any question I could possibly have I am able to find online. I know what is happening any time night or day. It is very rare that Web Access has been down, I think in the 4 1/2 yrs away from UT I have encountered it being down a total of 3 times. The fact that it is down so little yet all info on the site is up to date at all times amazes me. I appreciate all that is done for the members!!"

"I log in every day and check my account balances, transfer funds, reconcile my checkbook, etc. I can't go without being able to check my balances any time of day any time I want to."

"I have several other accounts with other financial institutions and I find the AFCU to be the most convenient, best deisgined site of them all. I really like how easy it has been from day one to check my balances, trasnfer money and pay my bills. I am glad I found America First."

great online banking system

"I really like this online banking system and have been using it for years. The billpay is very convenient and easy to use. The only complaint is every time I use it, it asks me a security question because it doesn't recognize my computer even though I use the same computer every time. Another review said they have this problem with Firefox but I use Internet Explorer and still have this problem. Other than that, I really like using it."

"The only problem I have ever had is that the login procedure using Firefox does not recognize my computer and requires me to always answer a question before I can enter the program. I have also been locked out on occasion and need to reenter my information which is also annoying. The program once in is great."

"Their services and customer service is tops. I'm currently overseas and have run into a couple problems and they resolved the problems in a timely manner. I've been with America First for over 10 years now and I will stay with them as long as I live. I'm glad I stayed with them because I'm moving back to Utah. Great Online Banking

"I love online banking with America First. It's quick,easy, and I have never had a payment problem. I love that I can click on the calendar and set the date I want the payment to be made. I can do all my bill paying at once for the whole month. I can even have payments made to individual people. It just doesn't get any easier."

My only wish

"The online banking with AFCU is second to none!! No other bank that I have comes close and I have 3 others. Anyway, my only wish is that if I need to make a payment to an AFCU account that I could enter a different bank account or debit/credit card. I can only transfer amounts between AFCU accounts for payments etc. If I am missing something, someone fill me in."

Web Access is easy to use and has everything we need to manage our personal finances.
