Great for most people

"Unfortunately for me, I have a British accent and trying to use this service is difficult since I have to fake an American accent to get me to where I want to go. I just use the Customer Service reps or the Website or use the keys on the phone to complete the process, which usually works quite well. Great Service to have with a Bank. Top marks."

Takes a little getting used to, but nice!

"Speech Access is great when I am not near a computer and need some quick information. When I call in it is so simple to speak the information instead of having to key it in when I am driving (yes, using a bluetooth headset so I don't cause an accident)."

Hard to Use But Great When It Works

"It's a hard product for anyone with an accent, so I usually choose to use the older touch tone version. There are a lot of things they could improve, but it's great for things like loans after hours and account balances. Don't use speakerphone and as long as you speak good English with an American accent, you should be fine."
