Third Party App! Date: March 2, 2010
"I would feel much better about this App if it were from AFCU instead of from AT&T. I'm really not excited about giving my account information to a third party to access my finances.
If AFCU does decide to create an app themselves they should include a remote deposit capability similar to other banking institutions. I use the online banking features heavily as I am out of state now and can very rarely get to a branch.

confusing list of transactions Date: January 8, 2010
"It's nice to be able to see a list of cleared transactions. However, for whatever reason, the transactions are ALWAYS out of order. For example, if a check clears on Monday it shows up as the first cleared transaction the following Thursday. It makes it hard to see what has cleared and what hasn't because you have to go searching on for a specific transaction. And since the service only lists 5 transactions at a time, it really turns out to be a chore. Most of the time I end up having to use online banking because I simply don't have the time or the patience to scroll around on my Blackberry looking for something that should be clear and easy to find. Other than this problem, I'm fairly happy with being able to track my accounts while I'm away from a computer or don't feel like dealing with the ever temperamental Speech Access."

"I have been a member for years! AFCU has always tried to meet and has done so, the needs of the membership. This app is wonderful, very portable where ever I am, convenient, good functionaltiy. It would be good when I am at the login to be able to just input an account number and get the info needed or wanted from all our accounts, both mine and my wife, at the present a user must login individually. Is there a fix coming? Keep up the good work!"

"I do not like you have to go online to get an activation code. All other companies will text or email the code to you when you set up the app and log in. AFCU should fix the activation"

Another Reason I Love America First Date: December 8, 2009
"This does just what I use my computer for, check my balances, transfer money, and see what charges have cleared. I use it on my work phone the T-Mobile Dash, but I do wish there was more support for other phones, like the T-Mobile Touch Pro 2. They should make it as an operating system program for all Windows Mobile devices and not phone specific. But it is a great program."

Almost Scared off... Date: September 29, 2009
"So I was looking at the mobile banking promo and was almost scared off by all the comments about there being no G1 support.

To my surprise when I logged in there is a G1 application and it seems to work pretty well. Didn't use the old system so I don't know what is missing, but this is a great app to get a quick look at your accounts. Beats the Speech Access system!

AFCU, you Might want to post a note on the Negative G1 comments that there's an application out there now and that it works well.

Works great, but you can only access one account Date: July 31, 2009
"It would be better if America First were to implement a system that uses the account number and online password to log into mobile banking. This method would allow access to multiple America First accounts, and not require members to remember different passwords."

GREAT IDEA Date: May 31, 2009
"I got so hooked to Mobile Banking that I almost feel it's a must-have tool on your phone. It's definitely something that can be improved on. For example I can't transfer money from one account to another. It only allows you to make transfers within an account. Also right now I am trying to figure out how to make it work on my new blackberry 8900. It worked great on my 8320 but now I am having problems on my new phone. Other than that great idea!"

"I have a T-Mobile G1 and AFCU Mobile Banking is pretty much the ONLY thing that I've been unable to do on it.

I have mobile banking for my other accounts with other credit unions and banks.

My Bad Review Date: April 2, 2009
"The T-Mobile G1 is not supported and I am not able to access online banking through the my mobile browser. I wish the old mobile access site was still up and running. It's a shame that more phones are not supported with T-Mobile."

Need Palm Products Date: March 7, 2009
"This program is a grate tool i use it every day I upgraded from my M510 which is a nice little phone by the way to the new Palm Centro and wow no program for any Palm products so now my day's are spent calling in to that automated system not that its a bad thing its just way easier to click a button and your there. I think that America First is leading the way with banking and are on top of there game so i expect that they will get all this mobile stuff up to speed soon."

Need to add more phones. Date: February 3, 2009
"I am with T Mobile, and used to have a blackberry, and thought that it was great to have all of my banking information right on my phone. However, I upgraded to the G1, and can't even log into the website through my phone's internet browswer. It just tells me its forbidden. There is an iPhone app, why not one for the G1? Would be nice for them to come out with something useful to more people. But, when I did have it, I thought it was great."

"I really enjoy having the Mobile Banking feature. It comes in handy when I am on the go and need to know what money I have available to me.
The only drawback I have is that, due to the fact I don't pay for internet access on my phone, it charges me to use the mobile banking application. Other than that, it is a GREAT APP and I would recommend it to EVERYONE!!!

Simple...a little too simple Date: December 16, 2008
"Overall this works well for what it does - give you simple access to your balances, transfer within the same account, and bill pay. However, I have multiple accounts with America First and there is no way to use this product on more than one account. There is also no way (as many reviewers have stated) to transfer money between accounts. The fact that I can only activate it to use with one account makes it pretty useless for me. At least webaccess works well in Safari on the iPhone."
