"I've been a member of AFCU since 1990. I've kept AFCU as my primary financial institution even though I have not lived near or stepped inside a branch office for over 15 years. AFCU was a leader back in the day with thier dial up modem software and now with online banking and bill pay service. No where else have I experienced such incredible customer service, financial institution or other. If someone is eligible to join AFCU, they should!"

"America First is the best banking institution in my travels that I've come across. Anyone I have ever had any dealings with always treat you as though you are someone of value to them. They really try to help with any situation that arise. Excellent service. Only downfall they are not here in VA."

"We have been members since 1996, American First has been an excellent institute for banking. Recently I had lost my check card. I called a AFCU member to let them know I lost it and the process was quick and easy. We had our new cards and pin number all with in 5 days. I recommend AFCU to everyone I know."

"I like America First Credit Union a lot but I wish there were a few more options when it came to savings accounts. At my other credit union we are able to set up sub savings accounts under the same account number so that we are able to dedicate our savings to different things. Right now I just use my America First account for visa credit."

"America First was not my first choice of banking, but when I got married my husband insisted that I go with AFCU. IO am Very happy that I decided to. I have been with a few banks and one other credit union before and nothing compares to America First. You guys rock!"

"I've been with quite a few banks and credit unions. AFCU is by far the best I've ever used. Their customer service, hours of operation, ease of use, personal interaction and online banking options set them apart from all others. The only thing I could wish for with them is that they were nationwide."

"My husband and all of his family have been with America First for years and years. When we got married, and found out I was with a different credit union, he informed me that he would never leave America First! So, here we are a few years later, and I would have to agree 100% with my husband. Their employees are great, they have lots of convenient locations and are all around wonderful to work with. We love the ease of online banking, and cannot rave enough about how great their website is. We honestly have never had one complaint!!!!"

"I have never been anything but thrilled with AFCU. I have banked with Wells Fargo (HORRIBLE), Zions Bank (Not Great), Bank of America (So-so), US Bank (HORRIBLE) and Bonneville Bank (Inconvenient Location). I am moving out of State temporarily and I would never even think of transferring to another bank or credit union."
